9. Firmware Update Shortcut
If an update is necessary, a prompt will appear notifying the user that new rmware is available or a
consistent rmware update is needed for the aircraft and remote controller.
Inconsistent firmware versions will affect flight safety, therefore the app will prioritize consistent
rmware updates. Tap the prompt to enter the rmware update page.
A consistent rmware update is required when the rmware versions of some modules of
the aircraft are inconsistent with the compatible version of the system. In a typical consistent
rmware update situation, the aircraft and remote controller will be updated to the latest
version except for extra batteries. When these batteries are used, a prompt will appear
requiring a consistent rmware update to ensure ight safety.
10. Camera View
Tap to enter Preight Check view and FPV camera view and switch to gimbal camera view. Refer to
the Preight Check View, FPV Camera View and Gimbal Camera View sections for more details.
Preight Check View
Tap Enter Camera View on the homepage of DJI Pilot 2 to enter Preight Check view.
1. View the aircraft's health information, ight mode, intelligent ight battery level, remote controller role,
remote controller internal and external battery levels, Home Point status, RTK status, and camera
microSD card storage information.
2. Set the return-to-home altitude, out-of-control action, maximum altitude and maximum flight
distance, update the Home Point, select the control stick mode, and set the battery warning
threshold, obstacle sensing switches and obstacle sensing distances.
It is recommended to carefully conduct the preflight check according to the operation
scenario and requirements before takeo.
Before executing a mission ight, conduct a preight check and verify the basic parameter
information of the mission ight. Refer to the Mission Flight section for details.
