A Persistent Bark Indicator is a useful feature that activates when the unit is turned off. If there has been no excessive barking, the LED will glow red for 2 seconds. If excessive barking has occurred, the LED will blink green for 10 seconds, indicating that the stimulation level might be too low or that the collar's fit needs adjustment.

The units should be stored at room temperature and not exposed to extreme climates, which could affect battery life and overall performance.

Charging the Battery:

The YS600 uses a lithium polymer battery. The charging process involves opening the rubber plug on the battery charging receptacle and plugging in the charging cable. The charger can be connected to a 120-volt wall outlet or a cigarette lighter for auto charging. Indicator lights will glow red during charging and turn green when fully charged, which typically takes 2 hours. The unit automatically shuts off during charging.
