• Make sure that when driving the door leaf, there are no foreign objects and debris in the
doorway. Their presence can cause an imbalance and jamming of the door.
• To avoid injury, do not touch with the hands the running parts of the door (rollers, lateral
supports, panels, etc.).
• If your door is equipped with a wicket-door, then before to put the door the motion, make
sure that the wicket-door is closed.
• In the case of manual chain drive, after the arrival of the door to the end position (the door is
fully open/closed), it is allowed to pull the chain only in the opposite direction in order to
prevent the jumping the wire-lines off the drums.
• When using an automatic drive, it should be guided by the instructions attached to the drive.
• In the case of unintended use of the door, the manufacturer is not responsible for its integrity
and correct operation.
To ensure maximal operation safety, additional protection devices can be installed in the door:
• Photocells and optical sensors – devices designed to prevent accidents when contacting
with foreign objects in the operation area of the door.
• Warning light – a device that signals the movement of the door during the entire cycle of
opening and closing.
• Magnetic proximity sensor of the open wicket-door – a device designed to prevent the drive
to run when the wicket-door is open.
• Traffic light – a device that allows you to improve the safety of vehicular traffic at the
entrance/exit in the fenced territory.
• Stop button – a device designed to sudden stop of the door drive in the case of emergency.
IN THE CASE OF OPENING/CLOSING THE DOOR WITH THE HELP
OF THE DRIVE, THE LOCK OR LATCH MUST BE IN THE OPEN
STATE.
WHEN INSTALLING THE CEILING MOTOR DRIVE, IT IS PROHIBITED
TO OPEN THE DOOR MANUALLY WHEN THE DRIVE IS ENGAGED.
WHEN INSTALLING THE SHAFT MOTOR DRIVE, USE THE CHAIN
ONLY IN THE CASES OF EXTREME NECESSITY, OTHERWISE YOU
CAN DAMAGE THE PARTS OF THE CHAIN GEARBOX.
KEEP THE CHILDREN AND UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS AWAY FROM
THE AUTOMATIC CONTROL DEVICES OF THE DOOR (BUTTONS,
6. THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
6.1. The general provisions
To ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of your door, it is recommended to conduct
regularly its technical inspection and maintenance according to the list of scheduled works
specified in the Par. 6.2 of this Service Book.
DOMESTIC DOORS: THE FREQUENCY OF TECHNICAL
MAINTENANCE SERVICE – AT LEAST 1 TIME PER YEAR.
INDUSTRIAL DOORS: THE FREQUENCY OF TECHNICAL
MAINTENANCE SERVICE – AT LEAST 1 TIME PER 6 MONTHS.
