. non compliance with operation rules ;
. incomplete or erroneous filling – in of this Service Book
. use of parts of other companies without the consent of DoorHan ;
. unauthorized disassembly and repair of the product , external interference ;
. damages resulting from external mechanical and chemical causes ;
. removal of protective seals or electrical equipment warning stickers ;
. instability of the power supply ( GOST 13109-97 : NDP : + - 5% , PDP: + - 10% )
. un- appropriate use of the product .
In the case of damage of the paint coating or corrosion as a result of influence of climatic
factors , natural phenomena , release of various metal dust or other corrosive materials in the
environment , corrosion due to scratches and chips appearing during operation , the paint
coating warranty loses its force.
The warranty repairs are carried out by the authorized company that has sold the product , or by
a GK Doorhan service center , certified to perform the maintenance service work of the
equipment manufactured or sold by GK DoorHan .
Implementation of repair and/or maintenance of the products by other organizations not
authorized or certified to sell or install GK DoorHan products entails the termination of the
manufacturers warranty .
