z Install the idle gear by adjusting it to
the crankshaft gear, camshaft gear,
and idle gear mark.

z Check backlash and end play amount of the gear, using the clearance gauge.

3.3.10. Flywheel housing
z Install a guide bar on the cylinder
block temporarily.
z Attach the gasket to the cylinder block.
z Assemble the flywheel housing using
dowel pins and guide bar, and tighten
fixing bolts in tightening order with the
pre-defined torque.
z Remove the guide bar after tightening the bolt.
z Apply engine oil on the outside surface of the oil seal thinly, and push the press
into the housing.
