3.1.27. Timing gear case cover
 Disassemble the oil seal using an oil seal
removing jig.
 Remove the cover fixing bolts and
disassemble the cover from the timing
gear case.
3.1.28. Cam shaft gear and idle gear
 Unscrew the camshaft gear fixing bolts
and remove the camshaft gear.
 Unscrew two bolts fxing the idle gear,
then remove the idle gear and its pin.
3.1.29. Timing trigger drive
 Remove the ignition timing sensor,
trigger wheel and coupling
 Unscrew the trigger drive housing fixing
bolts and remove the timing trigger
drive assembly with shaft, gear, bearing
and housing.
3.1.30. Cylinder head cover
 Remove the head cover fixing bolts and
lift the cylinder head cover.
