F. MAINTENANCE
F.1 Roune Inspecon
Perform roune inspecon weekly. Roune inspecon can usually be accomplished without disassembly or removal of
parts from the machine. The purpose of roune inspecon is to ensure that the machine is funconing properly prior
to being used. Check the electrical system to ensure that the machine can not start without intenon and check the
funconing of the emergency stop buon. Ensure that all fasteners are ghtened properly and are not missing. Check for
worn or broken parts; if necessary, replace. Check the rubber drive rollers for dirt and dust and clean if necessary.
F.2 Annual Maintenance
Perform annual inspecon/maintenance yearly. Ensure that all fasteners are ghtened properly and that the safety
systems work properly. The machine condion should be evaluated and any worn or dirty parts replaced or cleaned. The
area around the machine should be kept free of dust and dirt so the operator can freely move without risk of tripping
over cut cores or components.
F.3 Non-Roune Maintenance
If the product is used under normal condions and inspected regularly, it is rare that any non-roune or extraordinary
maintenance will be needed. In the event that it is necessary, it is recommended that you contact Double E Company
Technical Support at 508-588-8099 extension 571.
F.4 Decomissioning
If the product is withdrawn or removed from service, it is necessary to make all at-risk components harmless through
proper demolion. These operaons must be carried out in accordance with the provisions exisng in the naon in which
the product will be disposed.
