      If your DR. Heater Heater isn't heating, it might be due to a few reasons. First, the overheat protection may have temporarily turned it off. To fix this, turn the heater OFF, switch off the circuit breaker, and wait 10 minutes before turning it back on. Another reason could be that the room temperature is already higher than the temperature you've set on the thermostat. Try increasing the thermostat setting to a higher temperature. Lastly, check your electrical box to make sure a breaker or fuse hasn't tripped, especially if the receptacle is shared with other appliances that use a lot of power.

It could also be due to a drop of oil that fell on the heating coil during manufacturing; in this case, ensure the room is well-ventilated. Also, ensure a minimum clearance of 36 inches (90 cm) from both sides and the rear of the heater to any adjacent walls, and reposition the heater if needed.
