      If your DR Lawn and Garden Equipment engine won't start, try these steps: * Ensure the Spark Plug Wire is securely attached. * Check the oil and gas levels. * Use fresh, clean gas, and add a fuel stabilizer if storing gas for more than a month. * Make sure the Spark Plug is clean; replace it if dirty or cracked. If it’s oily, remove it, cover the plug hole with a rag, pull the Recoil Cord several times to clear oil from the cylinder, then clean and reinstall the plug.

      If your DR Lawn and Garden Equipment engine lacks power or isn't running smoothly, consider the following: * Make sure you are using fresh, clean gas. If the gas is old, replace it. Use a fuel stabilizer if you store gas longer than one month. * Ensure the engine has the correct amount of clean oil. If it’s dirty, change it. * The Spark Plug should be clean. If it’s dirty or cracked, replace it. If it’s oily, leave it out, hold a rag over the Plug hole and pull the Recoil Cord several times to blow out any oil in the cylinder, then wipe off the Plug and reinsert it.

      If the engine recoil on your DR Lawn and Garden Equipment is difficult to pull, here are a couple of things you can try: * Check the Engine oil level, the Engine may be seized. * There may be an oil compression lock in the cylinder. Remove the Spark Plug, cover the Spark Plug hole with a rag, and pull the Recoil Cord several times to expel any oil from the cylinder. Clean the Spark Plug and reinstall it.

      If your DR Lawn and Garden Equipment lawn deck isn't vacuuming effectively: * Ensure the PILOT™ LEAF and LAWN VACUUM Engine and Lawn Deck Blades are running at full throttle. * Set the Deck to the correct mowing height. * Use 1st or 2nd gear on your Lawn Tractor for optimal results. * Turn off both engines and inspect the Deck Adapter, Hose, Outlet Chute, and Inlet Hose for any clogs. Shake the Hose to dislodge any obstructions.

      If the collector on your DR Lawn and Garden Equipment isn't latching properly, try pulling the Collector down quickly against the latch. If the latch doesn't fully return, manually move it closed, then loosen and retighten the bolt going through the latch pin.

      Ensure all rear Doors are secured with the Buckles. Make sure to buckle the Top and Bottom Doors first, followed by the Side Doors.
