Injuries (such as crushed limbs) may occur when handling the following

– Drawers
– Support arms
– Accessories such as folding tables, vaporizers, etc.
► Exercise particular caution to avoid injuries when working with accessories.
2. Remove the accessories.
To increase the tipping stability, note the following:
a. Remove all loose objects from the attached arms and the shelves.
b. Remove devices on support arms or on top of the column cover of the device
(e.g., patient monitors, data management systems, syringe pumps).
c. Remove the vaporizers and the gas cylinders.
d. Remove all objects from the writing tray and the work surface.
e. Position the breathing bag arm (if present) close to the device.
f. Push in and lock the drawers.
