Configuration
Audible alarm volume:
– The initial alarm volume is highlighted by a light background.
z Turn rotary knob to set audible alarm volume default to be
in effect at start-up.
z Press rotary knob to confirm initial volume setting.
The screen returns to the alarm settings menu (page 107).
z To cancel selection, press » « soft key.
– The display returns to the configuration mode selection
menu (see page 104).
Alarm limits:
z Turn and press rotary knob to select alarm limit for air/skin
temperature and O
2*.
– The setting for the air temperature alarm threshold is
highlighted by a bold frame.
z Turn rotary knob to select new air temperature deviation
threshold.
z Press rotary knob to confirm threshold.
The screen returns to the alarm settings menu (page 107).
The other alarm limits are set in the same fashion.
z To cancel selection, press » « soft key.
– The display returns to the configuration parameter menu
(see page 104).
Setpoint range: 1 to 8
Default: 1
WARNING!
Always adjust audible alarm volume to a level that
ensures the operator will be alerted when alarms occur.
Failure to identify and correct alarm situations may
result in patient injury.
