Disassembly
After cleaning mode* has completed or if humidity control
is not provided:
z Switch off incubator. Disconnect from line power and
disconnect the medical gas supply.
z Remove any auxiliary equipment installed (for care
instructions see the particular Instructions for Use of the
respective equipment).
Removing the double wall
1 Pull the pin up as far as it will go.
The red section of the pin must be visible.
2 Hold the double wall with both hands and lift it off.
z Place the double wall on a soft, non-scratch surface.
z Remove the contour seal from the double wall.
3 Force the sleeve open
and at the same time
4 pull out the pin.
WARNING !
Always disconnect all supplies before disassembly.
WARNING !
Risk of burns upon contact with the heater.
Allow Caleo to cool down before further disassembly.
