Handhabung und Gebrauch
Handling and Use
Sie die Verbindung zwischen Prüf-
gerät und Bypassventil.
Wenn Sie die Dosierungen mit
einem geeigneten Schwebekör-
perdurchflußmeßgerät (geeicht
auf die ansprechenden Mischga-
se) prüfen wollen, dann müssen
die Dosierungen in folgenden Be-
reichen liegen (Tabell 6.1.2), wenn
sie mit dem entsprechenden
Mischgas gemessen werden:

-Absorptionspatrone wird
mit Dräger DiveSorb
®
gefüllt.

Filling of the CO
2
scrubber cartridge
Your Dolphin CO
2
scrubber cart-
ridge has been designed for use
with DiveSorb
®
soda lime only. Do
not use any other kind of soda lime
with the Dolphin.
Warning!
NEVER use any type of soda lime
other than DiveSorb
®
in your Dol-
phin. The use of other types of
CO
2
scrubbers may lead to se-
rious injury or death.
Fill one-third of the scrubber cart-
ridge with DiveSorb
®
and shake it
well by using your hand to hit
against the outer cartridge wall (Fi-
gure 6.1.3).
Do not tap on the bottom of the
cartridge or slam it against a chair,
table or other hard surface. Only
use your hand against the outside
wall.
Place another third of DiveSorb
®
into the cartridge and shake it well.
After this second third has been
shaken into place, the cartridge
collar (32) is then placed into the
scrubber. Once that has been fi-
nished, fill the cartridge with Di-
veSorb
®
until it is filled to the fil-
ling line. (Figure 6.1.4).
