Completing the ICS 207 Incident Organization Chart
To complete the ICS 207 follow these steps:
1. Select the Forms tab
2. Double click on the ICS
207 form. This will open
the form for editing.
3. Add/Verify “Incident
Name” and
“Operational Period”.
4. Adjust the Organization
chart to the desired lay
out.
5. Select “Set Organization
Image”.
6. Select “Organization
Image” to review the
captured image.
7. Print form.
