Use an appropriately sized crimping
tool, such as the one shown below.
Section 4 - Installing Cable Guides Option

Reassemble cable
and nut on the
bottom bracket and
tighten (wall mount
option shown) .
1.
Loosly fasten
the nut on the
cable on the
bottom bracket
(wall mount option
shown) .
3.
Pull cable through the
hole in the endcap
flange until taut.
4.
Mark cable at
the bottom of
the endcap
flange.
5.
Undo the nut and
pull the cable down,
until the mark aligns
with the bottom
of the endcap
(deck mount
option shown) .
7.
Crimp the barrels
approximately
1/8 " (3mm) above
pencil mark.
8.
Cut cable
approximately
1" (25mm)
above crimped
barrels.
9.
Pull cable
down, until
crimped
barrels are
resting on
the flange.
6.
Strip cable
to that spot.
2.
Pull cable up
through hem
bar eyelet.
