9.3 Using the Powerstroll
You must exercise awareness, caution, care, and common sense when operating
your Powerstroll. Always keep in mind your own limitations and substance use.
Users may encounter dicult manoeuvring situations such as narrow doorways,
travelling up and down ramps, cornering, and travelling on uneven terrain.
Be sure to lower the speed, take your time, and carefully manoeuvre the
Powerstroll.
To push the wheelchair, without using the Powerstroll, attach the Lift-up Strap to
the handgrip and use it to lift the Powerstroll wheels o the ground.
Note: This will increase the risk of the wheelchair tipping backwards, when the
user vacates the wheelchair.
