** The parental control speed limit key can set and lock in the desired maximum speed setting
(high or low). Note that to change the maximum speed setting, the speed limit key must be
used to reset the speed limit prior to next use of the product.

frequency of usage, proper charging maintenance, and variable usage of the speed settings
