Configuration clear is executed when the condition of microcomputer before executing the
device function is in command protection mode with any inhibition setting. It is also executed
when the microcomputer is in ID authentication mode and YDD file operation setting is command
protection mode.
Configuration clear is the function that is available when the whole area of the flash memory
has been erased. Therefore, when the device function execution area (FUNC 0) is not set to
whole area, NETIMPRESS outputs an error and ends the device function.
