4.2.8. Setting Up CodeFlash1 LockBit/OTP
(You do not need to make this setting if you do not use LockBit or OTP i.e. One Time Programing
for CodeFlash1.)
The following is the setting value when you set LockBit or OTP for CodeFlash1. (Up to 65 byte)
Address ：Fixed to #00000100
Size ：1~65
Data ：Enter “0” to the bit for the block which you want to set LockBit or OTP. Other
than that, enter “1".
For how to set, see the table 4.2.2. LockBit Setting Value.
* Invalidity, LockBit setting or OTP setting is selected depends on the setting of parameter. For
how to set parameter, see Chapter 5 “LockBit/OTP function”.
4.2.9. Setting Up CodeFlash2 LockBit/OTP
(You do not need to make this setting if you do not use LockBit or OTP i.e. One Time Programing
for CodeFlash2.)
The following is the setting value when you set LockBit or OTP for CodeFlash for CodeFlash2.
(Up to 32 byte)
Address ：Fixed to #00000180
Size ：1~32
Data ：Enter “0” to the bit for the block which you want to set LockBit or OTP. Other
than that, enter “1".
