Check the condition of the gear
selection mechanism parts (see
exploded view).
Engage the gears and check that the
gearbox control does not jam
(selector fork-gear groove and fork pin
- desmodromic drum groove) due to
incorrect end float. Correct
clearances by shimming the gearbox
shafts and drum with suitable shims.
For total end float of gearbox shafts
and selector drum, refer to Sect. C
1.1.
Controllare inoltre le buone condizioni
dei particolari componenti il
meccanismo di innesto marce (vedi
esploso).
Inserire le marce e controllare che
non vi siano impuntature nel
comando cambio (forcella-gola
ingranaggio e piolo forcella-gola
tamburo desmodromico) dovute a
scorretti giochi assiali. Ripristinare
detti giochi spessorando alberi
cambio e tamburo con apposite
rondelle di rasamento.
Giochi assiali totali degli alberi cambio
e del tamburo cambio, sono riportati
alla Sez. C 1.1.
