Remove selector drum, forks and
pins.
Fit the casing and secure it with a few
screws (V) near the gearbox shafts.
Measure end float of secondary and
primary shafts with the dial gauge.
Final play must be between 0.05 and
0.20 mm for both shafts.
Note
Play should be closer to 0.05
rather than 0.20 mm.
Togliere il tamburo selettore marce, le
forchette e i relativi perni.
Richiudere il carter fissandolo con
alcune viti (V) in corrispondenza degli
alberi cambio.
Con il comparatore rilevare il gioco
assiale dell’albero secondario e
primario.
Il gioco finale per entrambi gli alberi
deve essere tra 0,05 e 0,20 mm.
Note
E’ preferibile che il valore
ottenuto sia più prossimo allo 0,05
piuttosto che allo 0,20 mm.
