Sostituzione boccola piede di
biella
Per sostituire la boccola (6) utilizzare
l’attrezzo di figura che permette di
estrarre la boccola usurata e
contemporaneamente inserire la
nouva (A).
Orientare la boccola nuova sul piede
di biella, posizionandola con il taglio a
90° rispetto al foro superiore del
piede di biella.
Praticare, sulla boccola sostituita, i
fori di lubrificazione in corrispondenza
dei già esistenti sul piede di biella.
Alesare quindi la boccola portando il
diametro interno (D) a 18,006÷18,024
mm.
Changing the connecting rod
small end bush
Replace small end bush (6) using the
tool shown in the figure. This tool lets
you extract the worn bush and install
a new bush (A) at the same time.
Locate the new bush to the small end
of the connecting rod with the
opening at right angles to the upper
hole of the con-rod small end.
Drill the new bush at the same
positions of the oil holes of con-rod
small end.
Bore out bush until obtaining a bore
diameter (D) of 18.006-18.024 mm.
