TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES
TRI-CHANNEL UNIT
Symptom Cause Remedy
Cabinet too warm Unit not plugged in
Thermostat set too low
Thermostat switch stuck open in coldest
position
Evaporator fan not running
Condenser fan motor not running
Dirty condenser coil or fi lter
Refrigerant leak
Plug unit in
Set thermostat to a higher number for a
colder temperature
Replace thermostat
Check and repair or replace motor
Check and repair or replace fan motor
Clean coil or fi lter
Find leak, repair and recharge
Cabinet too cold Thermostat set too high
Thermostat switch is stuck in the closed
position
Set thermostat to a lower number for a
warmer temperature
Replace thermostat
Water in bottom of unit Drain hose plugged
Drain hose loose or disconnected from
drain pan
Clear drain hose
Tighten or connect drain hose
HOT FOOD UNIT
Symptom Cause Remedy
Cabinet too warm Infi nite Switch set too high
Infi nite Switch Stuck in on Position
Set Infi nite Switch to a lower temperature.
Replace Infi nite Switch
Cabinet too cold Infi nite Switch set too low.
Infi nite Switch open
Burner Element open
Set Infi nite Switch to a higher temperature.
Replace Infi nite Switch
Replace Burner Element
