Controls and Functions
Main Power Switch Turns the power On/Of
to the machine.
Power Light Illuminates to indicate power On/Of
.
Rearm / Acknowledge Alarm
Used to rearm the master control relays (fence doors and e-stops), clear
drive faults and acknowledge alarms.
Start Mode (light)
Start/Stop (push button)
The start mode light is lit solid when machine is in start mode (automatic).
When blinking, press to go in start mode. When off, machine is in alarm or
in manual mode.
Press Start/Stop push button to start or stop a cycle or hold two (2) seconds
to reinitiate.
Emergency Stop
Used to quickly stop the machine in case of emergency by removing all
power to the motors.
Multi-Function (+/-)
Used to move various machine components vertically or horizontally. It is
also used as a special function in automatic mode.
Override Perimeter Guard(s)
Used to override the light curtain(s) when an object entered the zone
incorrectly or the light curtain beam was obstructed. Follow instructions on
the machine’s touch screen.
*Load Release
Located at the end of a conveyor. Press this button to release the load onto
the following conveyor.
*Feed Top Sheet
Press this button to feed top sheet plastic to reach desired length.
When Feed and Cut Plastic buttons are pressed simultaneously, the top
sheet will be fed in reverse as long as the buttons are pressed.
*Cut Top Sheet
Press this button to manually start a cut top sheet plastic sequence.
*Top Sheet E-Stop
Used to quickly stop the top sheet in case of emergency by removing all
power to the motor.

TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS
NOTE: If the touch screen is damaged or destroyed or if the touch screen doesn’t respond, you can still access the
following functions: Acknowledge alarm and return to automatic mode.
To acknowledge an alarm, simply turn the multi-function switch to the minus (-) sign and press the rearm button.
To return to automatic mode, simply turn the multi-function switch to the plus (+) sign and press the rearm button.
