5.6 Typical Faults & Solutions
Tape is not centered on the carton.
Adjust the tape positioning knob on the tape
head dispenser.
Scratched carton caused by tape cutting blade.
Adjust tape cutting blade position.
Tape is not properly adhering to the carton.
(Caused by forward tape transfer wheel not
applying sufficient force)
Adjust front wheel spring to increase force.
Check for proper tape threading.
