TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Likely cause and solution
Whether the instrument is turned on or off, a popping sound is
sometimes heard.
This is normal and indicates that the instrument is receiving
electrical power.
There is no sound even when the keyboard is played or when a
song or style is being played.
Check if any cable or headphones set is connected to the
PHONES jack on the rear panel. When a set of headphones is
plugged into this jack, no sound comes out of the speakers.
The volume is too low.
The sound quality is poor.
The rhythm stops unexpectedly or is not responding.
The recorded data of the song are not played correctly.
The LCD goes suddenly dark, and all panel settings are reset.
Check whether the AC supply voltage is low.
