Don’t pull it straight back. Flexi Fibers are designed to stay put and
won’t release if you pull them straight back. You need to gently pull
the bottom of the Flexi Fiber away from the nose of the body of
the device, and then just peel it up. It will come right off with
no resistance.
STEP 3
Pull the Flexi Fiber completely away from the body of the device
to reveal the nose of the body and replaceable wax guard. It is
recommended that you discard the used Flexi Fiber.
