Take the clean Flexi Fiber in your other hand. Face the open side of
the Flexi Fiber towards the nose.

Now that the Flexi Fibers are removed, use a dry cloth to wipe
the nose clean. Make it shine!

Next, let’s replace the Flexi Fibers. Remember to use the correct sized
Flexi Fibers. Replacement Flexi Fibers can be found in the Care Kit.
*Caution: Make sure that the Flexi Fiber is correctly attached. In rare cases,
the Flexi Fiber could remain in your ear when removing the Eargo device. If
this happens, have the Flexi Fiber removed by a healthcare professional.
