Universal Input Connection
EasyIO FG and FG+ series has non-isolated universal inputs. The universal input supports three type of
analog signal i.e. resistance, voltage and current transmitter via hardware jumper and internal register
settings:

0 - 10V DC (+/-0.5V)
Current
0-20mA DC (+/- 0.5mA)
Resistance
0 - 500K (+/-10 Ohm), 0 - 10K (+/-5 Ohm), 0 - 1.5K (+/-1 Ohm)
Thermistor
10K, 10K Shunt, 1K Balco, 1K Platinum : All (+/-0.01 Deg-C)

a) Resistance – The working range of resistance is 500 Ohms – 500K Ohms. The commonly used
Thermistor like 10K, 10K with Shunt, 1K Balco and 1K Platinum are all supported
b) Voltage – Two selection of working range 0 – 5V and 0 – 10V. The minimum input
impedance of voltage input is 1 Mega Ohm.
c) Current – Two selection of working ranges 0 – 20mA and 4 – 20mA. The current input
impedance is less than 25 Ohm.
d) Pulse Input – All Universal Inputs are capable of receiving high speed pulse. Minimum on time
pulse is 25ms and minimum off time is 25ms. Max 20 Hz at 50% cycle.
