both direct and alternating current.

Cradle Electromagnetic Interlock (IC2)
This device protects the operating cradle from being unsafely operated in the event that the control circuit is not
energized.

Fixed Circuit Breaker Interlock
This mechanical device is used to prevent a miss-closing of the circuit breaker by discharging the closing spring
when racking the breaker in or out. It is used on fixed circuit breakers that are converted to draw-out circuit
breakers by the customer
