5.4.2 Format transmission
 BT11 supports user data format transmission,
 The maximum length of serial port sub-packet is 241 bytes.
 Ble mesh does not support continuous data transmission, and a certain gap time is required between each two data. The
data format is as follows:
 BT11 supports fixed-point transmission and broadcast transmission. The broadcast transmission address within the group is
0xFFFF.
 BT11-G does not support data transmission function.
