Engine operation
Stopping the engine
1. Throttle Position / Stop Switch Button
Release throttle trigger. Move Throttle Position / Stop Switch
Button forward to idle position (first detent away from stop po-
sition) and allow engine to return to idle before shutting off en-
gine.
2. Throttle Position / Stop Switch Button
Move Throttle Position / Stop Switch Button all the way for-
ward to (Stop) position.

Switch Button
WARNING
If engine does not stop when Throttle Position / Stop
Switch Button is moved to STOP position:
Be certain engine is at idle, otherwise engine may con-
tinue to run.
Close choke - position- to stall engine.
Have your ECHO dealer repair stop switch before using
blower again.
