Why my Echo SRM-230 engine cranks but starts hard or doesn't start?

If the engine of your Echo Trimmer cranks but struggles to start or doesn't start at all, several issues could be the cause. There might be no fuel reaching the carburetor, in which case you should clean or replace it. Also, there might be no spark at the plug. Try to adjust it to .65mm (0.026 in.), clean or replace it, or replace the plug. If the muffler is wet with fuel, open the choke, clean or replace the air filter, and adjust the carburetor.
