5. The detailed information
window shows
NO INFORMATION
■ You have made a
recording from a program
that did not offer detailed
information.
■ Thereisnosolutionfor
this, the data is supplied
by the service provider
and beyond control.
6. I cannot find a recording
which should be there.
■ The group or sort option
is set.
■ Set the group and sort
mode to none.
■ Youareinthewronglist. ■ Check the all Files list
and select the correct
(favorite) list.
■ The recording is hidden. ■ Unhide the recording.
Problem Possible cause What to do?
1. I cannot access the spe-
cial functions menu.
■ You did not press the
MENU key.
■ Press the MENU key.
2. The detailed information
window shows data that
is not complete.
■ The detailed information
is not available in the
MP3-tag.
The MP3-tag is part of the
MP3 file and contains the
detailed information.
■ When already on the
DVR, you cannot access
this information. During
downloading, use the
MP3 loader to change or
complete the MP3-tag.
3. I cannot go to another
song with thekeys.
■ Youareinthespecial
functions menu
■ Press the MENU key and
try again.

1. My television does not
receive any signal from
the receiver (UHF only)
■ You did not select the
correct audio/video
channel on your TV.
■ Refer to the user manual
of the TV for instructions.
■ On the receiver, In the TV
system menu select the
correct channel and PAL
setting.
■ Use another method to
connect the receiver.
2. My television does not
receive any signal from
the receiver
■ You did not select the
correct A/V channel on
your TV.
■ Select the correct A/V
channel on your TV.
■ Youdidnotuseacorrect
SCART cable.
■ Use only a full featured
SCART cable that is
correctly shielded.
3. My television shows black
areas on the left and right
of the screen.
■ You did not select the
correct aspect ratio for
your TV.
■ On the receiver, in the
user profile menu select
the correct aspect ratio.
4. In a motorized
installation, the dish turns
to the West while I select
Set East Limit.
■ The motor turns the other
way around because the
cable is not installed
correctly.
■ At the receiver, change
the cable connections to
M1 and M2.
