If no channels are found during the initial setup of the receiver, consider the following: * You may not have selected the correct LNB(F). Select the correct LNB(F) in the installation setup menu. * If installed, you might have selected the incorrect switch type or port. Make the correct selections in the installation setup menu. * You may have selected the incorrect satellite to search channels on. Select the correct satellite in the installation setup menu. * The search method might be incorrect. Always choose the 'All' option for an initial setup.
