2. THE INSTALLATION SETUP MENU
■ The button gives you access to the installation setup menu;
FOR FIXED AND DISEQC 1..4 SWITCH INSTALLATIONS
FOR MOVEABLE DISH INSTALLATIONS (DISEQC1.2)
System setup ■ To set the dish type you use.
■ To set the amount of LNBs you have installed.
■ To set the switch type which you use to control the dish
installation (if used).
■ To set the LNB type(s) you use.
- Check signal
■ Wait for the Checking Configuration to complete.
- Search channels
■ Wait for the search to complete.
User LNB setting
■ To select the first or second user defined LNB.
■ To enter the frequencies of the user LNB.
■ To select the device that controls the polarity.
■ To set the control signals.
About EchoStar
■ In the About EchoStar information menu you can look up
the factory and receiver information.
System upgrade
■ To select the default or user defined satellite where you
want to download from.
Factory reset
■ To reset the receiver to the initial factory settings.

■ To set the dish type you use.
■ To set the amount of LNBs you have installed.
■ To set the switch type which you use to control the dish
installation (if used).
■ To set the LNB type(s) you use.
- Program Satellites
■ To set the satellite you want to scan for the LNB.
■ To select a transponder of the selected satellite.
■ To move the dish for best signal level and quality.
- Search Channels
■ Wait for the search to complete.
Fixeddishsetup
■ To select the device that controls the polarity.
■ To set the LNB type(s) you use.
