Parameters for “Remote“ operation (where the analyzer is connected to a
PC via the RS 232 serial interface).
1. “Baud“: The following baud rates are available: 9600, 4800, 2400,
1200 and 300 Bd
2. “Len“: Number of data bits per transmitted character: 7 or 8
3. “Stop“: Number of stop bits: 1 or 2
4. “Pty“: Parity:
– off
– odd
– even
5. “Type“: The following interfaces are planned: RS-232 and RS-485 (RS-
485, however, not yet implemented)
6. “Addr“: When several analyzers are controlled by one PC each ana-
lyzer can be given an address via this parameter (0 to 99).

Indicates important maintenance events and logs operating hours
1. “Pump Maintenance“: A “Count-Down“ hour counter indicates the re-
maining time to the next pump maintenance check. After pump mainte-
nance this counter should be reset with a value from 0 to 4000 hrs.
(see W-02, chapter 10).
2. “Mains“: A “Count-Up“ hour counter shows the operating hours of the
analyzer to date.
