6.4.3.1. Analog Input
This input serves as a reserve for eventual further customer requests.
6.4.3.2. Digital Input I
DIGITAL INPUT may be used as follows:
SETTING OF ACTIONS ON DIGITAL INPUTS
Setting
Description
OFF
Switch-over to level L does not evoke any action. Default value.
MAKE AUTOZERO
Switch-over to level L evokes automatic zeroing.
Example: Between pin 6 and 4 is connected a push-button and DIGITAL INPUT 1 is set to
MAKE AUTOZERO. If detector is in ABS mode, then after pressing button is
performed autozero.
6.4.3.3. Digital Input II
This input serves as a reserve for eventual further customer requests. Currently it has the
same function as Digital Input I, but it may be used by controlling SW.
6.4.3.4. Output Switch
DIGITAL OUTPUT SWITCH may be used as follows (threshold values A and B can be set in
Menu/Parameters/Thresholds):
SETTING OF ACTIONS ON DIGITAL OUTPUT
Setting
Description
OFF
None action is executed. Output is disconnected. Default value.
REMOTE (RMT)
Switch-over of the unit to remote control mode connects the output.
ABOVE A (OVRA)
If absorbance signal is above threshold value A, output is closed.
ABOVE B (OVRB)
If absorbance signal is above threshold value B, output is closed.
WITHIN AB (INAB)
If absorbance signal is between threshold values A and B, output is closed.
OUT OF AB
(OUTAB)
If absorbance signal is out of threshold values A and B, output is closed.
COPY DIN1
If digital input 1 is on level L, output is connected. Even if the digital input is
