Increase water pressure or precondition the water as needed. Second, the prefilter or RO membrane cartridges may be plugged with sediments or fouled. Replace the prefilter cartridge; if the rate doesn't increase, replace the postfilter and RO membrane cartridges. Finally, the Flow Control Insert could be plugged. Check and clean the Flow Control Insert.

To fix this, open the RO faucet and drain the tank until the water flow slows to a drip. Keep the faucet open and check the tank pressure. If it's low, pressurize it to 6 psi, then close the faucet to allow the tank to refill.
