2) Click on Add/Remove Windows Components in the Add or Remove Programs
window to open the Windows Components Wizard window.
3) Select Internet Information Services (IIS) in the Windows Components Wizard
window, and click on the Next button to install IIS components.
4) After installing IIS components, click on Start->Run, input inetmgr in the entry box,
and then click on the OK button to confirm.
