Drum Will Not Rotate
Drum is stuck or will not rotate / spin
Shut down the power.
Open the door and Rotate the drum.
Does drum rotate manually?
Is motor running?
Check for sound of motor
Check the wiring connection of motor. Check
the wires for open circuit.
Check for motor failure.
Check the voltage output of inverter module
Check the wiring connections to inverter module
Replace inverter module
Replace the PCB's
If the drum can’t rotate, check the drum for blockage or
replace the drum system.
Check the drive belt. Replace if loose, damaged or broken.
Replace the harness if open circuit detected.
The resistance of coils
should be around 5.5Ω.
If there is no output from the inverter module when
the unit is in operation - the module has failed.
