Check power supply and confirm
proper input voltage (AC 115V~60Hz)
Check inner wire connections
Replace the PCB's
Detergent or softener not flowing
into unit properly
Check water supply
Check that detergent and softener
are being placed in correct
compartments
Has detergent become caked or
hardened in dispenser?
Replace the harness if failed.
