How to fix an EdgeStar IP220SS Ice Maker that has no power?

First, ensure the ice maker is properly plugged into a working power outlet. If it is plugged in, check that the power switch is turned ON; the power indicator light should illuminate. Try a different power outlet to rule out an issue with the original outlet. Also, make sure that the ice maker is connected to a circuit that provides sufficient power, referring to the product label for specific power requirements.
