The EDIFIER NeoBuds Pro are True Wireless Stereo Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation, designed for an immersive audio experience. Users can download the EDIFIER CONNECT APP from app stores to enhance their experience and customize settings.

Function Description

The NeoBuds Pro earbuds are designed for wireless audio playback and communication. They feature active noise cancellation, allowing users to block out ambient sounds for a more focused listening experience. The earbuds also support an ambient sound mode, which allows users to hear their surroundings while still enjoying their audio. A standard mode is also available.

The charging case serves as both a power source for the earbuds and a storage solution. It includes an indicator light strip that displays the battery level of the case and provides visual feedback during charging. The earbuds automatically power on when the case is opened and power off when placed back in the case and the lid is closed.

Usage Features

Power On/Off:

• Power On: The earbuds power on automatically when the charging case is opened.
• Power Off: The earbuds power off automatically when placed in the charging case and the case is closed.

Charging:

• Charging the Earbuds: Simply place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid to initiate charging.
• Charging the Charging Case: Connect the charging case to a power source using the included charging cable. During charging, the LED indicators on the case will light up in a breathing pattern, moving from the center to both sides, then turning off one by one from both sides to the center. Once fully charged, all indicators will turn off.
• Battery Level Indicator: Opening or closing the charging case will display the case's battery level. Red LED indicators light up from the center to both sides, then extend from the center to both sides, indicating the battery level. This light strip will turn off after 3 seconds.

Bluetooth Connection:

• Pairing: To enter Bluetooth pairing mode, place the earbuds in the case, then press and hold the button on the case for approximately 3 seconds. The indicators on the case will light up one by one from left to right in a circulating pattern. On your mobile phone, search for and connect to "EDIFIER NeoBuds Pro." A successful pairing is indicated by all indicators simultaneously flashing red twice and then turning off.
• Automatic Reconnection: For subsequent use, the earbuds will automatically connect to the mobile phone that was last used.
• TWS Pairing & Clearing Records: To re-establish TWS pairing between the left and right earbuds or to clear pairing records, place the earbuds in the case and triple-click the button on the case. The indicators on the case will light up one by one from both sides to the center in a circulating pattern. After TWS pairing is complete, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing state, with indicators lighting up from left to right in a circulating pattern until successful pairing.

Functional Operation (Tapping Controls):

The earbuds feature intuitive tapping controls within a designated "tap zone" on each earbud. Users can adjust the tapping sensitivity via the EDIFIER CONNECT APP.

• Accept/End a Call: Double-click either the left or right earbud.
• Mode Switch: Double-click the left earbud. By default, when both earbuds are used, the modes are high noise cancellation and ambient sound. Users can select low noise cancellation, ambient sound, standard mode, or ambient sound through the EDIFIER CONNECT APP. If only one earbud is used, it will automatically enable standard mode and ambient sound mode.
• Game Mode On/Off: Triple-click the left earbud.
• Pause/Play: Double-click the right earbud.
• Next Track: Triple-click the right earbud.
• Customization: Button functions can be customized through the EDIFIER CONNECT APP.

Accessories:

The product comes with 7 pairs of ear tips of different sizes, allowing users to select the most suitable fit for comfort and optimal sound. A storage bag and a charging cable are also included.

Maintenance Features

General Care:

• Long-Term Storage: If the product is not used for extended periods, it should be charged with its lithium battery every three months to maintain battery health.
• Environmental Protection: Keep the product away from humid places to prevent damage to the internal circuit. Avoid using the product during intense exercise or in situations with excessive sweat to prevent moisture from entering and damaging the device.
• Temperature Control: Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high temperatures, as this can shorten the service life of electronic components, damage the battery, and deform plastic parts. Conversely, avoid placing the product in cold places to prevent damage to the internal circuit board.
• Physical Handling: Do not drop, strongly vibrate, or strike the product with hard objects, as this can damage the internal circuit.
• Cleaning: Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaners to clean the product. Avoid using sharp objects to scratch the product surface, which can damage the shell and affect its appearance.
• Disassembly: Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may cause damage to the device.

Battery Disposal:

The rechargeable batteries that power this product must be disposed of properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.
