If the system has an unplanned shut down, make sure that the cause of the shut down is
idened and corrected before restarng. If in doubt, contact supplier.
Note:
The high temperature alarms on E
dwards vacuum pumping systems are system
protecon trips and should be considered as an abnormal running condion. If a system
has tripped due to any high temperature alarm the system should be examined and the
reason for the alarm idened. Once the fault has been corrected the system should be
le for a minimum of 30 minutes before aempng to restart.
