  Several factors can cause the humidity not to reduce when using your eeese Dehumidifier. The dehumidifier may not have been running long enough, so be patient and wait. The ambient temperature or surrounding humidity level might be too low. You can double-check humidity levels with a hydrometer. Also, if the ambient humidity level is lower than the desired humidity level set on the dehumidifier, it will not reduce humidity. Lastly, a dirty air filter frame can hinder performance; clean the pre-filter frame.
