If your Efento Data Logger isn’t sending data, ensure the SIM card is active and intended for NB-IoT / LTE-M devices. Also, confirm NB-IoT / LTE-M coverage is available in your desired usage location. Contact your operator to get the APN configuration and set it with the Efento Logger. If the temperature is below the range declared in the datasheet, use the logger with an external temperature probe.
