Buck Regulator Light Description

The G06 Agriculture Drone Frame is a compact and foldable solution specifically designed for lightweight plant protection operations, with an effective capacity of 6 liters. It features a quick-release tank and battery system, making it ideal for entry-level plant protection drone applications.

Function Description:

The G06 drone is engineered for agricultural spraying tasks, providing efficient and reliable crop protection. Its design prioritizes ease of use, quick maintenance, and convenient transport. The drone's three-segment fuselage layout positions the flight control and Chinese medicine box at the front, and the battery at the rear, contributing to its compact structure and unique shape. The flat rectangular layout extends the arms to maximize nozzle spacing, thereby increasing the spray breadth and efficiency. The quick-release tank and battery design facilitate rapid replacement of both liquids and power sources, saving time and effort during operations.

Drug Off Signal: High level with water, low level without water. This function is currently limited to 25W water pumps. The 3-pin line of the drug breakage signal connects to the detection interface of the flight control liquid level meter. It outputs high and low level signals, indicating water presence (high) or absence (low). It is crucial to exhaust air from the water pump before takeoff to prevent misjudgment.

Usage Features:

The G06 drone is designed for straightforward operation. Its modular construction allows for quick disassembly and replacement of components, simplifying maintenance. The optional extended rod nozzle effectively reduces mist droplet drift, while the soft silicone connection at the root prevents nozzle breakage from external impacts. A reserved installation location for a fixed-height radar allows for the integration of millimeter-wave radar, enhancing height-fixing and imitation effects for more precise spraying. The drone also supports an optional FPV camera, which aids in long-distance operations and improves flight reliability by providing visual feedback.

Installation Process:

The installation process involves several key steps:

Unboxing Inspection: Users should verify all items against the product packing list and check for any missing or damaged parts.
Landing Gear Installation: The frame is flipped, fixed parts are mounted on the landing gear, and then aligned with the fixed position on the bottom of the frame. M3*8 screws are used to secure the landing gear.
Arm Installation: This step requires removing the front cover, back cover, upper carbon plate, and battery box. Arms are passed through arm tube clamps and locked after reaching the limit screw. Attention must be paid to the folding direction and ensuring the water pipe's reserved hole faces downward.
Motor Set Installation: The manual recommends using Haoying X6 motors. The motor harness is placed into a snakeskin mesh tube, and the XT60 male connector is welded, ensuring correct positive and negative pole distinction. A 10mm heat-shrinkable tube is recommended to secure the ends of the snakeskin network tube. Motors are then installed on the arms, passing the power through the arm and into the reserved power supply cord. It's important to distinguish between CW/CCW motors, noting that the battery compartment is towards the tail.
Spray System Installation: M3*16 screws are used to fix the extension rod nozzle, with the X6 motor seat gasket placed under the motor seat. A 6mm water pipe connects the extension rod nozzle to the built-in 6-6 pneumatic head of the frame.

Safety Precautions:

The manual emphasizes the importance of careful assembly, warning against violent handling. Users are advised to contact customer support if they encounter difficulties during assembly. When installing hoses, excessive bending should be avoided to prevent creases that could affect spraying performance. Crucially, the aircraft's power supply should only be connected after all installation and connection steps are completed. The manufacturer explicitly states that it will not be responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper installation or operation, use of non-company products, unauthorized modifications, operation under the influence of substances, intentional or improper operation, natural aging of parts, use in severe environments, obstructed visibility, or in restricted airspaces.

Maintenance Features:

The modular design of the G06 facilitates easy maintenance. Components can be quickly disassembled and replaced, streamlining repair and upkeep processes. This modularity reduces downtime and simplifies troubleshooting, ensuring the drone remains operational for longer periods. The design also allows for easy access to critical components like the quick-release tank and battery, making routine checks and replacements efficient.

Buck Regulator Light Description:

The buck regulator features an indicator light to communicate its status:

Red light flashes slowly (2 times/sec): No input signal, requiring connection of the signal line.
Red light flashes quickly (10 times/sec): Input signal error, indicating inconsistent signal travel.
Red light always on: Input signal is normal, and the pump is off.
Yellow light always on: Water shortage reminder, indicating a medicine break signal outputting a low level.
Green light always on: There is water in the water tank, and the medicine-breaking signal outputs a high level.
