The E416P/E410P is an agricultural drone frame that simplifies assembly and enhances durability. Integrated Body Design: The frame utilizes an integrated body design, combining dozens of original parts into a single, streamlined unit. This simplifies installation and positioning, making the assembly process more straightforward. The body is made of high-strength, impact-resistant materials, ensuring durability and resistance to falls.

Waterproof Design: The entire body is waterproof, allowing for high-pressure washing without fear of damage, which is crucial for maintaining cleanliness in agricultural environments.

Foldable Design: The product features a classic foldable body design with threaded locking folding parts. This ensures stability and prevents loosening, while also making the drone compact for convenient transportation and transition between operational areas.

Optimized Internal Layout: The fuselage power distribution board is hidden, isolating power and signals to optimize the internal electromagnetic environment. This design also provides more space for flight control installation, leading to more concise wiring.

Detachable Front Frame: The front of the frame is detachable, allowing for the installation or removal of a camera adapter as needed, providing flexibility for different operational requirements.

Installation Process: The installation process involves several steps:

  1. Unpacking Inspection: Users are advised to check the product packing list for missing or damaged items and contact the company if any issues arise.
  2. Frame Installation: This includes turning the body over, removing screws for the power distribution protection plate, passing the AS150U power cord, installing the AS150U fixed seat, aligning the holder with the power plug, and fixing the C-type pipe clamp.
  3. Landing Gear Installation: Involves placing the AS150U fixed seat on the landing gear, inserting it into the tripod fixed seat, aligning positioning holes, fixing limit screws, and tightening other screws to secure the landing gear.
  4. Arm Installation: Carbon tubes are inserted into folding parts and fixed with screws and locknuts. The arm is then placed on the body locking ring and secured with locking buckle limit screws and locking button screws.
  5. Tank Installation: The external thread pneumatic head is screwed into the bottom cover of the tank. The tank is then prepared for installation, ensuring the LED lampshade on the frame aligns with the tank's tail. M6*45 screws and an L-wrench are used to fix the tank.
  6. Motor Installation: X8 motor sets are installed, ensuring correct connection of XT60 male power plugs to XT60 female power distribution board sockets, distinguishing positive and negative poles.
  7. Spray System Installation: The water pump is installed at the bottom of the medicine box, with attention to water inlet and outlet directions. Pneumatic heads and water pipes (10MM for inlet, 8MM for outlet) are connected, and pipe clamps are installed on the aluminum tube. The extension rod nozzle is then connected.
  8. Flight Controller Installation: The manual uses Jiyi K++ flight control as an example. This involves using 3MM glue to install the main control, installing the receiver, PMU, and passing the receiver antenna through the arm. A soft connection protects the antenna end, and flexible connections are installed in wire protection holes. The speed governor of the pump and radar management module are also installed.
  9. Radar Installation: This includes installing the front obstacle avoidance radar in the universal radar adapter board, fixing it with screws, and installing the T-piece. The rear obstacle avoidance radar is fixed at the tail of the medicine box. Elevated radar is installed under the water pump, and ground radar is installed using M4*6 self-tapping screws.
  10. RTK Installation: RTK accessories are installed by removing screws from folding parts, installing the RTK adapter, and screwing it onto the folding part. The RTK antenna is passed through the arm to the wire protection hole, and the RTK external antenna is installed.

Maintenance Features

Waterproof Body: The full waterproof design allows for high-pressure washing, which simplifies cleaning and maintenance after use in dirty agricultural environments.

Structural Durability: The double fixing method of clamping and limiting at key force structure points prevents structural displacement due to long-term use, reducing the need for frequent adjustments or repairs.

Easy Component Access: The detachable front frame and clear installation instructions for various modules (flight control, radar, RTK) suggest that components can be accessed and replaced relatively easily if maintenance or upgrades are required.
