What to do if material drips from the nozzle after spraying with my EINHELL TC-SY 600 S Paint Sprayer?

  If material is dripping from the nozzle of your EINHELL Paint Sprayer after spraying, it could be due to several reasons. The nozzle might be loose, so ensure it is tightened. Alternatively, the nozzle or nozzle seal could be worn and require replacement. Another possibility is that there are solids in the air cap or nozzle, in which case you should clean them.

  If no material exits from the nozzle of your EINHELL Paint Sprayer, several factors could be the cause. The nozzle or material tube might be clogged, so try cleaning them. Ensure the material tube is properly inserted and the container is tightened to allow pressure build-up. If the max paint volume control is rotated too far anti-clockwise (-), turn it clockwise (+). Also, if the consistency of the material is too thick, dilute it.

  If the atomization is too coarse with your EINHELL Paint Sprayer, several issues could be responsible. The material viscosity might be too high, so try diluting it. Alternatively, the material volume could be too high; in this case, turn the max paint volume control anti-clockwise (-). A dirty nozzle or insufficient pressure build-up in the container could also cause this, so clean the nozzle and tighten the container. Also check if the max. paint volume control turned too far clockwise (+) and clean it.
